We have had many requests from mentors/apprentices (and even grads from other schools) for State Board Test preparation. We train our students in great length in how to prepare to take their state board exams. At the end of their course we do theory reviews, practical reviews, state law reviews, and even assist them in packing their kits correctly.

If your state boards are soon approaching and you don't feel prepared, please call our business office to speak to Mrs. Longstreet at (802) 658-9591 about scheduling a time to come in. You must bring all of the necessary kit items needed to take the exam. We advise you to go to Prometric's website (this is the agency who tests you for boards) to download information on the test.

Our fee for the 2-hr. (minimum) state board preparation here at O'Briens is $150. Any additional hours will be billed at $50 per hour.

Attendance is subject to availability.

We will advise you on purchasing any additional items for your state board test that are not in your kit.
