Guest Policy
Tipping: Our future professionals do accept gratuities.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt for credit or exchange. No cash refunds will be issued.
Children:
Children 5 years old and younger are not permitted on the clinic floor. Children between 6 and 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is NOT receiving services. Children must be 12 years old to receive technical, manicure, pedicure, or esthiology services. Massage services are not performed on persons under the age of 16. (16 and 17 year old persons must have written parental permission.)
Pets:
Pets are only allowed on the clinic floor for medical reasons.
Clinic Policy:
All services are performed by supervised students. Services are offered to women, men and children 12 and older. In fairness to our guests and for safety purposes, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in any of our facilities, except when supervised by an adult/guardian not receiving a service. All prices and services subject to change.
If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may take a look at it. Remember: you are a vital part of the students education. Refunds will not be given for services, however we are always happy to fix something if you're unhappy with it.
